This is a BETA release of Multiple Hash for use on SQL Server Denali.
It has received some testing, to ensure that Hash's are being generated.
There may be issues when upgrading from SQL 2005/2008 SSIS packages to Denali where the columns selected in the hash's may get out of sync. So check this VERY carefully when using.
I have not been able to confirm that this happens, but it is possible because V1.3.1 and earlier versions of Multiple Hash do not store the LineageID's in the format the SSIS expects to find them when upgrading to Denali.
Please note that this issue exists of upgrades for V1.3.1 or earlier, but when the 2005/2008 version of Multiple Hash is updated to V1.4, this issue will not exist.
This release includes an updated user interface to allow resizing of the dialog box, and when setting up the Hash's, sliding the bar across.
The internal version number within the SSIS meta data has been updated from 3 to 4.
The LineageID's property has been changed to add a # infront of the numbers internally, which will be translated by SSIS into the new LineageID values on save.
There are two versions of the Denali package uploaded. The Debug version has diagnostic messages turned on, so you will get a Large number of Information messages being generated as you run data through the component. To switch between the versions I strongly advise uninstalling the "other" version before re-installing.
